If a shirt isn't right, you can return or exchange it under the terms below.
Return period
Contact us within [7 days] of delivery.
What we accept
- Shirts that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached.
- Shirts that arrive damaged, faulty or different from your order.
We can't accept shirts that have been worn, washed or altered, unless they have a fault.
How to return a shirt
- Contact us with your name, mobile number and order details.
- For a damaged or wrong item, include a photo.
- We'll tell you how and where to send it.
Return delivery
If the item is faulty or wrong, we pay for return delivery. If you changed your mind or need another size, [you pay for return delivery].
Refunds
After we receive and check the shirt, we refund the price by [bKash, Nagad or bank transfer] within [7 working days]. Delivery fees are refunded only if the item was faulty or wrong.
Exchanges
